The Fulbright Learning Community is a faculty development initiative designed to strengthen teaching effectiveness, encourage collaborative engagement, and promote student success within the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences.
This program addresses critical gaps in faculty support by offering targeted, practical training and intentional opportunities for faculty to connect with student success staff. Grounded in the values of the inclusive excellence framework and aligned with the University’s 150 Forward Strategic Plan, this initiative is intended to come alongside existing programs and create a supportive, collaborative environment where educators can enhance their instructional practices and foster interdisciplinary partnerships all in service of empowering student success.

- Create faculty opportunities to increase belonging and encourage cross-collaboration through targeted programming.
